Location
The conference will take place at the InterContinental hotel in the city centre of Vienna. If you want to stay directly at the conference hotel, you can get a discounted rate (129€ per single room, 159€ per double room per night) for the duration of the conference by using the booking link in your registration confirmation email!
Dinner
The conference dinner will be in the City Hall of Vienna on Wednesday, 29.09.2021.
Public transport
With your registration confirmation email you will receive a link to a conference-specific online shop where you can buy and print a special rate conference ticket for 3 to 7 days for all public transport in Vienna. You can also choose to include an airport transfer ticket for bus transfer. If you prefer an airport transfer by train, it is easiest to buy the ticket on site at the ticket machine. For route planning, you can use the website of Wiener Linien, but Google maps also has the transit information.
The public transport stop closest to the hotel is called “Stadtpark” (metro line U4).
