Upgrade for physical participation (in addition to the prices above)
Professional: 380€ early bird until 15.8.2021, then 420€
Conference Dinner (29.09.2021) in Vienna City Hall: 70€
Benchmark Excursions*: 100€ per day including bus, snacks and lunch
Accompanying persons can participate in the dinner and the excursions and have to pay the same prices.
Fees will be payable to TU Wien and do not contain VAT, as TU Wien is a university and therefore not required to charge VAT due to Austrian regulations.
* The mentioned benchmark prices are for conference participants who want to visit the benchmark site. If you want to participate in one of the benchmark challenges, please see the registration details on the benchmark page.
The virtual conference participation can not be cancelled! If you want to cancel your on-site participation, the following cancellation fees apply:
- Cancellations until 15 August 2021: 15€ processing fee
- Cancellations until 31 August 2021: 25%
- Cancellations until 12 September 2021: 50%
- Cancellations after 12 September 2021: 100%
If you can provide documents showing that changes in Covid regulations made it impossible or unreasonably complicated for you to travel to Vienna, we will only charge the processing fee of 15€. For any cancellations, please write to firstname.lastname@example.org.
In the unlikely event that the organizers have to cancel the on-site part of the conference, no cancellation and processing fees will be charged.
Please consult this official website on entrance regulations for Austria. If you need an invitation letter for visa applications, please reply to the registration confirmation email and tell us about it and give us the details you want to have included (e.g. date of birth, passport number). Please note that we will only send out invitation letters after we have received your payment.
